Kerry Finnegan
National Advisory & Enterprise Practice Leader

Kerry Finnegan is a Worldwide Partner in the Chicago Office of Mercer Health & Benefits and is the National Leader for the Advisory and Enterprise practices. Kerry is responsible for product development, account management and business development process and planning, and the strategic, profitable growth of the Advisory and Enterprise segments. Kerry serves on the company's National Management Team and numerous subcommittees representing the practices.

Kerry started his career with a global group insurance carrier where he last served as Regional Vice President. Kerry subsequently held senior management roles with two group health companies including the role of Chief Executive of a provider-sponsored, Chicago-based health plan. Just prior to joining Mercer, Kerry served for four years in various management capacities with another leading consulting and brokerage firm. In these roles Kerry gained extensive industry experience serving healthcare, not-for-profit and financial institution clients.

Kerry holds a bachelor of arts from Northern Illinois University where he was an Intercollegiate Debate Scholar with a major in Communication Studies/Rhetoric. Kerry has been a speaker at numerous industry events and served on the advisory board of a publicly traded health care connectivity company and is currently Vice-Chair of Community Health Charities of Illinois.
