Miriam (Mimi) R. Leonard
U.S. Health & Benefits Administration Leader

Mimi Leonard is a Worldwide Partner and the US Brokerage, Administration and Solutions Leader for Mercer's Health & Benefits business and is based out of Norwalk, CT. In this capacity, she is responsible for the brokerage market segments, administration services and product and integrated solution development. Mimi was instrumental in integrating Marsh's EBS business into Mercer Health & Benefits.

Mimi joined Mercer in 1997 as head of the health and group benefits practices in Ohio. She led the Cincinnati office from 2001 to 2003 and the Connecticut offices from 2003 to 2005. Before joining Mercer, she was Vice President of national account sales and program management for a Midwest health insurer.

Mimi graduated from Wells College in Aurora, New York with a bachelor of arts in economics and holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
