Mercer Concierge
Mercer Concierge - Mercer Concierge provides Enterprise Momentum clients access to a toll-free telephone number staffed by Mercer Benefit Specialists who can answer routine benefits compliance and administration questions regarding eligibility requirements and coverage details. Additional support is provided for general questions relating to COBRA, Section 125, HIPAA, standard compliance notices, and domestic partner coverage inquiries (including general information on tax rules).
Enterprise Momentum clients utilizing Mercer Concierge will receive service during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm CST Monday-Friday.
